Essiac, the name is becoming more and more popular. The reason is that it could be one of the possible cures for cancer. Essiac is actually an herbal tea that consists of Burdock root, sheep sorrel and Indian rhubarb root. This herbal tea is always sold in a mixture of various herbs.

Herbs have always been believed to be good for health. They have some or the other kind of curative properties. Essiac tea was actually made by a Canadian nurse called Renee Cuisse. Some of the side effects of the Essiac tea are nausea and constipation even though these are rare. Diarrhea and vomiting may be present in the beginning.
